sec.44 Definitions for Pt 5
In this Part— applied Act means— in another Division of this Part—the Act applied under the Division in the form applied; and in sections 45 and 46 —any of the Act s applied under this Part. Regulator includes the Board.
- (a) in another Division of this Part—the Act applied under the Division in the form applied; and
