sec.40 Application of Auditor-General Act
This section applies if a public sector auditor of a particular participating jurisdiction is to audit the financial statements of the Regulator. The Auditor-General Act of the participating jurisdiction applies— to the audit; and to the Regulator as a statutory body. In this section— Auditor-General Act , of a participating jurisdiction, means the Act of the participating jurisdiction under which the Auditor-General of the jurisdiction audits statutory bodies. (sec.40-ssec.1) This section applies if a public sector auditor of a particular participating jurisdiction is to audit the financial statements of the Regulator. (sec.40-ssec.2) The Auditor-General Act of the participating jurisdiction applies— to the audit; and to the Regulator as a statutory body. (sec.40-ssec.3) In this section— Auditor-General Act , of a participating jurisdiction, means the Act of the participating jurisdiction under which the Auditor-General of the jurisdiction audits statutory bodies.
- (a) to the audit; and
- (b) to the Regulator as a statutory body.
