sec.26 Requirement to consult with PBS Review Panel
Before appointing a person as a PBS assessor or PBS certifier under this Division, the Regulator must consult with the PBS Review Panel about the proposed appointment. Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of an appointment.
