sec.19 Application for cancellation or modification of approval

The holder of a PBS design approval or PBS vehicle approval may apply to the Regulator to cancel or modify the approval. The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by— a copy of the approval the subject of the application; and the prescribed fee for the application; and if the application is to modify a PBS design approval— state clearly the modification sought and the reasons for the modification; and be accompanied by an assessment of the proposed modification carried out by a PBS assessor under the Standards and Vehicle Assessment Rules. The Regulator may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the Regulator any additional information the Regulator reasonably requires to decide the application. (sec.19-ssec.1) The holder of a PBS design approval or PBS vehicle approval may apply to the Regulator to cancel or modify the approval.
