sec.13 Application for PBS vehicle approval
An application for a PBS vehicle approval made under section 23 of the Law must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by— the PBS design approval for the design to which the heavy vehicle is built, and any documentation associated with or relevant to the approval; and a certificate for the vehicle given by a PBS vehicle certifier under the Vehicle Certification Rules; and the prescribed fee for the application. The Regulator may, by notice given to the applicant for the PBS vehicle approval, require the applicant to give the Regulator any other additional information the Regulator reasonably requires to decide the application. (sec.13-ssec.1) An application for a PBS vehicle approval made under section 23 of the Law must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by— the PBS design approval for the design to which the heavy vehicle is built, and any documentation associated with or relevant to the approval; and a certificate for the vehicle given by a PBS vehicle certifier under the Vehicle Certification Rules; and the prescribed fee for the application. - (a) in the approved form; and
