sec.2 Commencement
The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation— sections 3 to 6 ; parts 2 to 5 ; part 6 , other than division 4 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ; schedules 1 and 2 .
- (a) sections 3 to 6 ;
- (b) parts 2 to 5 ;
- (c) part 6 , other than division 4 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ;
- (d) schedules 1 and 2 .
