sec.14 Form of notice
A notice given under section 13 must state— the purpose for which the information will be used if the information is given; and that it is an offence for the person to whom the notice is given to fail to respond to the notice as mentioned in section 15 .
- (a) the purpose for which the information will be used if the information is given; and
