sec.13 Chief executive may request information from approved provider
The chief executive may, by notice given to the approved provider who provides residential care at a private residential aged care facility, ask the approved provider to give the chief executive the following information about the facility— general information; residential care information.
- (a) general information;
- (b) residential care information.
