43 Copy of Act and regulations to be available
[Section 43 Amended by No. 10 of 2011, s. 10, Applied:01 Oct 2011] The licensee of an establishment must, at all times while the establishment is being conducted, cause a copy of this Act and the regulations to be readily available at the establishment for inspection by the director of nursing.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
