33 Court orders under other laws
(1) This Act does not prevent a court of competent jurisdiction from
making, or continuing in force, under a law of the Territory an order
in such terms that compliance with it would, apart from the order,
constitute a contravention of this Act.
(2) Nevertheless, in deciding whether to make, or continue in force, an
order in such terms the court must have regard to the relevant
provisions of this Act.
