21 Destroying etc health records and related material
(1) A person commits an offence if the person destroys, defaces or
damages a health record or related material with the intention of
evading or frustrating the operation of this Act.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person removes a health record
from the ACT with the intention of evading or frustrating the
operation of this Act.
