4Relevant organisations and qualifications (Act s 3D)

#### 4 Relevant organisations and qualifications (Act s 3D) (1) For the definition of relevant organisation in subsection 3D(5) of the Act, the organisation specified in column 2 of an item in Schedule 4 is declared to be a professional organisation in relation to each specialty specified in column 3 of that item. (2) For the definition of relevant qualification in subsection 3D(5) of the Act, the qualification specified in column 4 of an item in Schedule 4 is declared to be a relevant qualification in relation to the organisation specified in column 2 of that item.
