#### 20B Diagnostic imaging—information to be included on register (1) For subparagraph 23DZQ(1)(b)(iv) of the Act, the other information to be included on the register is the information included in the application for registration. (2) For subsections 23DZZIAB(1) and (2) of the Act, the following information is to be included on the register: (a) the name of the approved accreditor; (b) the commencement date for the accreditation; (c) the diagnostic imaging procedures for which the premises are, or base is, accredited or not accredited; (d) the expiry date for the accreditation.
