4 Definitions
Note A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in subsection 3(1) of the Act, including the following:
Note: a) base for mobile diagnostic imaging equipment;
Note: b) diagnostic imaging accreditation scheme;
c) diagnostic imaging premises.
In this instrument:
Act means the Health Insurance Act 1973.
diagnostic imaging practice means diagnostic imaging premises or a base for mobile diagnostic imaging equipment.
