88Director may request further information

#### 88 Director may request further information (1) If the Chief Executive Medicare requests the Director to review the provision of services by a person, the Director may request the Chief Executive Medicare to provide further information in relation to the provision of those services. > Note: The Director may request further information from the Chief Executive Medicare either for the purpose of making a decision whether to undertake a review or for the purposes of a review. (2) A request under subsection (1) may relate to any or all of the services provided by the person during the review period. (3) The Chief Executive Medicare must comply with a request under subsection (1) so far as he or she is capable of doing so.
