#### 46AB Terms and conditions (1) The terms and conditions on which a payment is made to a person under section 46AA are to be set out in a written agreement between the Commonwealth and the person. (2) The person must comply with the terms and conditions. (3) The agreement may be entered into by the Minister on behalf of the Commonwealth.
