#### 106ZPLA Application of the finance law For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013): (a) the following group of persons is a listed entity: (i) the Director; (ia) the Associate Directors; (ii) the Deputy Directors; (iii) the staff assisting the Director referred to in section 106ZM; (iv) persons whose services are made available to assist the Director under section 106ZN; (v) consultants engaged under section 106ZP; and (b) the listed entity is to be known as the Professional Services Review; and (c) the Director is the accountable authority of the listed entity; and (d) the persons referred to in paragraph (a) are officials of the listed entity; and (e) the purposes of the listed entity include the functions of the Director referred to in subsection 83(3).
