#### 106Q The Determining Authority (1) A Determining Authority is established by this section. (2) The Authority has such functions and powers as are conferred on it under this Part. (3) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, give guidelines to the Authority as to how it is to perform its functions and exercise its powers.
