#### 106B Summons to give evidence etc.
For the purposes of this Subdivision, a Committee member may, by instrument in writing, summon a person (other than the person under review or, if that person is a body corporate with only one executive officer, that officer) to appear at a hearing:
(a) to give evidence; and
(b) to produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the summons.
