#### 94A Warnings about unsafe treatments, health services or health service providers 94A Warnings about unsafe treatments, health services or health service providers > > (1) If, during an investigation, the Commission is of the view that issuing a public statement about a particular treatment, health service or health service provider is necessary to protect public health or safety and that any further delay in issuing the statement poses a risk to an individual or to public health or safety, the Commission may cause a public statement to be issued in a manner determined by the Commission identifying and giving warnings or information about the treatment, health service or health service provider. > > > (1A) If, following an investigation, the Commission is of the view that a particular treatment, health service or health service provider poses a risk to public health or safety, the Commission may cause a public statement to be issued in a manner determined by the Commission identifying and giving warnings or information about the treatment, health service or health service provider. > > > (2) The Commission may revoke or revise a statement under this section. > > **s 94A:** Ins 2006 No 124, Sch 2 \[13\].
