#### 58C Function of Commission under this Division 58C Function of Commission under this Division > The Commission, when dealing with a complaint under this Division, is to take appropriate measures to assist in the resolution of the complaint, including (but not limited to) any of the following measures— > > > (a) providing information to the parties to the complaint, > > > (b) undertaking discussions concerning the complaint with the parties to the complaint, > > > (c) facilitating the direct resolution of the complaint between the parties to the complaint. > > **pt 2, div 9 (ss 58B–58D):** Ins 2004 No 98, Sch 2 \[9\].
