#### 58B Objects of Commission under this Division 58B Objects of Commission under this Division > The objects of the Commission under this Division are as follows— > > > (a) to provide an alternate and neutral means of resolving complaints that is independent of the investigative processes of the Commission, > > > (b) to facilitate the resolution of complaints, including determining the most appropriate means of resolution having regard to the nature of the complaint and the expectations of the parties to the complaint, > > > (c) to provide information to health service providers and members of the public on the complaints resolution functions of the Commission under this Part. > > **pt 2, div 9 (ss 58B–58D):** Ins 2004 No 98, Sch 2 \[9\].
