#### 45E Administrative review by Civil and Administrative Tribunal 45E Administrative review by Civil and Administrative Tribunal > > (1) A relevant health organisation may apply to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an administrative review under the [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076) of the following decisions under section 45B or 45C— > > > > > (a) a decision that the relevant health organisation has breached a code of conduct for relevant health organisations, > > > > > (b) a decision to make an interim prohibition order or a prohibition order in relation to the relevant health organisation, > > > > > (c) a decision to issue, revoke or revise a public statement about the relevant health organisation. > > > (2) An application under this section is to be made within 28 days after the day on which the relevant health organisation is provided with the statement of the decision.
