#### 43 Opportunity for health organisation investigated to make submissions 43 Opportunity for health organisation investigated to make submissions > > (1) If, at the end of the investigation of a complaint against a health organisation, the Commission proposes to make recommendations or comments to the health organisation on the matter the subject of the complaint, it must first inform the health organisation of the substance of the grounds for its proposed action and give the health organisation an opportunity to make submissions. > > > (2) Any such submission must be made in writing within 28 days after the health organisation is so informed.
