Signage—generally
All signs must comply with the following—
(a) must not be on a building or land that is a heritage item,
(b) must relate to the premises on which the sign is situated,
(c) must relate to a lawful use of, and carried out on, the land,
(d) must not cover a mechanical ventilation inlet or outlet vent,
(e) if fixed to a wall—must be securely fixed by rigid non-corroding metal supports.
