4 Eligible witnesses
(1) For the Act, section 5, definition of eligible witness, paragraph (a)(iv), the following classes of person are prescribed—
(a) a foreign lawyer within the meaning of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW),
(b) a person—
(i) who is a member of staff of the NSW Trustee and Guardian, and
(ii) who has completed an approved course of study, and
(iii) who has been approved by the Chief Executive Officer of the NSW Trustee and Guardian for this paragraph.
(2) In this section—
approved course of study means a course of study approved by the Minister by order published in the Gazette.
