19 Service of notices and other instruments
(1) For the Act, section 98(1)(c), a notice or other instrument may be published in a daily newspaper circulating generally throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
(2) For the Act, section 98(2)(b), a notice or other instrument published in accordance with this section is taken to have been served at the end of 7 days after the notice or instrument is published.
