78 Application to VCAT by represented person or a person interested
(1) A represented person or a person interested as a creditor, beneficiary, next of kin, guardian, nearest relative, primary carer or the Public Advocate or otherwise in a financial matter specified in the administration order may apply to VCAT on any matter arising out of any dealing or transaction in relation to that financial matter.
(2) VCAT may make any order in relation to the application which VCAT considers appropriate.
***next of kin***, in relation to a represented person, means any person who would be entitled to the property of the represented person or to any share of the property under any law for the distribution of the property of intestates if the represented person had died intestate.
