74 Sale of personal effects if unclaimed within 2 years after person ceases to be represented person (1) After public notice, an administrator may sell any personal effect of a former represented person that— (a) is in the administrator's possession; and (b) is not claimed within 2 years after the date on which the person ceased to be a represented person. (2) The proceeds of a sale referred to in subsection (1) are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
