201 Applications made under the old Act for guardianship orders and administration orders (1) On and after commencement day, an application made under section 19 of the old Act for a guardianship order that is not determined before commencement day— (a) is taken to be an application made under section 22 of the new Act for a guardianship order; and (2) On and after commencement day, an application made under section 43 of the old Act for an administration order that is not determined before commencement day— (a) is taken to be an application made under section 23 of the new Act for an administration order; and (3) On and after commencement day, an application made under section 60AA of the old Act for an administration order in respect of the estate of a missing person that is not determined before commencement day— (a) is taken to be an application made under section 99 of the new Act for an administration (missing person) order; and
