191 Offence for supportive guardian to use supportive guardianship order dishonestly (1) A supportive guardian must not dishonestly use the supportive guardianship order to obtain financial advantage for the supportive guardian or another person. (2) A supportive guardian must not dishonestly use the supportive guardianship order to cause loss to the supported person or another person.
