189 Offence for administrator to use administration order dishonestly (1) An administrator must not dishonestly use the administration order to obtain financial advantage for the administrator or another person. (2) An administrator must not dishonestly use the administration order to cause loss to the represented person or another person. Section 193 applies to an offence against subsection (1) or (2).
