184 Time limit for application for order for compensation (1) An application for an order for compensation under section 181 must be made— (a) if the represented person or missing person has died, within 6 months after that death; or (b) if the guardian or administrator has died, within 6 months after that death; or (c) if both the represented person (or missing person) and the guardian (or administrator) have died, within 6 months after the first death. (2) The Supreme Court or VCAT may extend the time specified under subsection (1).
