166 VCAT to consider role of appointed person In the course of conducting a reassessment of an order referred to in section 159(1), VCAT must consider whether, as the case requires— (a) the guardian appointed at first instance has performed duties in compliance with section 41; or (b) the administrator appointed at first instance in an administration order has performed duties in compliance with section 55; or (c) the supportive guardian or supportive administrator appointed at first instance has performed duties in compliance with section 94; or (d) the administrator appointed at first instance in an administration (missing person) order has performed duties in compliance with section 116.
