161 Who are the parties to a reassessment? The following persons are parties to a reassessment— (a) the applicant, if any; (b) the represented person or supported person, as the case requires; (c) the guardian, administrator, supportive guardian or supportive administrator, as the case requires; (d) any other person VCAT orders to be joined as a party to the reassessment. Section 60 of the VCAT Act provides that VCAT may in certain circumstances order that a person be joined as a party to a proceeding.
