155 Who is entitled to notice of an application for a rehearing?
The following persons are entitled to notice of an application for a rehearing—
(a) in the case of the rehearing of an application referred to in section 150, a person who was entitled to notice of that application;
(b) in the case of the rehearing of a reassessment referred to in section 151, a person who was entitled to notice of the reassessment;
(c) any other person VCAT directs be given notice.
