153 Matters for which application for rehearing cannot be made A person cannot apply for a rehearing of— (a) an application in relation to which an order was made by VCAT constituted by the President (whether with or without others); or (b) an application for a rehearing; or (c) an application for leave to apply for a rehearing of an application; or (d) an application for leave to apply for a rehearing of a reassessment.
