130 VCAT to notify administrator if person ceases to be a missing person (1) If VCAT knows that a person has ceased to be a missing person or that a missing person has died, VCAT must give notice of that fact to the administrator as soon as practicable. (2) An administrator may exercise all or any of the powers given to the administrator by the administration (missing person) order until the administrator knows that the missing person has ceased to be a missing person or has died.
