4 Interpretation
- Unless the contrary intention appears, words and expressions used in this instrument have the same meaning as given in the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012 and the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Registration Fees) Act 2012.
- The descriptions in column 4 of Schedule 2 are a generic description of the products covered by the GEMS Determinations listed in column 3 of Schedule 2. They are provided for ease of reference only. Whether a model is covered by a GEMS Determination is determined by the relevant GEMS determination listed in column 3 of Schedule 2.
