7 Repeal
This instrument is repealed five years after the date of commencement.

2 Requirements from which models are exempt
The requirements of the Determination are described in column 2 in the table below and are located in the part of the Determination specified in column 3 for that item.

3 Supplies to which the exemption applies
This exemption applies in relation to any supplies of the exempt models.
4 Specification of conditions of exemption
This exemption is subject to the following conditions:
- Products of exempt models that are offered for sale or sold must clearly display on the exterior of the packaging of those products that the product is for use in lava lamps only;
- Where products of exempt models are offered for sale or sold online, the web page where the product(s) is offered for sale or sold must clearly display that the product(s) is for use in lava lamps only.
