65 Department Head to prepare additional 5-yearly report on responsible entities

(1) The Department Head, at the end of each
5-year period after the initial Great Ocean Road strategic framework plan comes into operation, must prepare a report on the implementation of the Great Ocean Road strategic framework plan by each responsible entity during the previous 5-year period.

(2) The report must be based on an assessment of all the environmental, cultural, social and economic outcomes.

(3) The Department Head must provide the report to the Minister within 6 months after the date on which the 5-year period ends.

(4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 7 sitting days of that House after receiving the report.
