62R Authority may enter road management agreements
The Authority may enter into an agreement or arrangement with the Secretary to the Department of Transport and Planning for—
(a) the delivery of works on land managed by the Head, Transport for Victoria (within the meaning of section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010) or the Authority, including visitor facilities and infrastructure that are not part of the Great Ocean Road; and
(b) ongoing control and management of assets that are not part of the Great Ocean Road.
