62H Issuing a statement of obligations

(1) As soon as possible after making or amending a statement of obligations, the Minister must issue the statement as made or amended the Authority.

(2) As soon as possible after revoking a statement of obligations, the Minister must issue the notice of revocation of the statement of obligations to the Authority.
