sec.6 Other divisions in this part
Division 2 sets out the entitlement to, and rates of, pensions payable. Division 3 sets out provisions that may affect the entitlement to, and amounts of, pensions payable. Division 4 sets out provisions that may result in the ending of an entitlement to a pension. The provisions in division 2 are subject to the provisions in divisions 3 and 4 , and the provisions in division 3 are subject to the provisions in division 4 . (sec.6-ssec.1) Division 2 sets out the entitlement to, and rates of, pensions payable. (sec.6-ssec.2) Division 3 sets out provisions that may affect the entitlement to, and amounts of, pensions payable.
