sec.16B Providing information
This section applies if an eligible person within the meaning of the Family Law Act , section 90MZB , applies under that section to the Minister for information about a benefit that is being paid, or may become payable, under this Act. The Minister must give to the eligible person the information as required under the Family Law Act . If the information is about a benefit for the Governor, the information may include an accrued benefit multiple for the benefit decided by the Minister on the advice of an actuary. s 16B ins 2004 No. 42 s 4 (sec.16B-ssec.1) This section applies if an eligible person within the meaning of the Family Law Act , section 90MZB , applies under that section to the Minister for information about a benefit that is being paid, or may become payable, under this Act. (sec.16B-ssec.2) The Minister must give to the eligible person the information as required under the Family Law Act . (sec.16B-ssec.3) If the information is about a benefit for the Governor, the information may include an accrued benefit multiple for the benefit decided by the Minister on the advice of an actuary.
