Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These Regulations provide administrative rules for housing let under the Government Employees’ Housing Act 1964. They allow the Housing Authority to require tenants to sign a tenancy agreement in a form the Authority sets, prescribe a court warrant of possession template to remove occupants who do not vacate, and define “metropolitan region” by reference to another Act (r.2, r.5–6). The instrument is procedural: it sets forms and processes the Authority and courts must use.
