15 Use of certain land in Zone E1
(1) This clause applies to land in Zone E1 that is identified as “Area C” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) (Repealed)
(b) storage premises,
(c) vehicle repair stations,
(d) warehouse or distribution centres,
(e) wholesale supplies.
