#### 81 Access to authorised progressive gaming machines or systems 81 Access to authorised progressive gaming machines or systems > A hotelier or registered club must not permit a person to access an authorised progressive gaming machine or authorised progressive system to correct minor faults, clear money or carry out any of the other functions required by or under any Act or regulation unless that person— > > > (a) has been nominated by the hotelier or by the club’s board or committee or its delegate, or > > > (b) is a technician, or > > > (c) is an inspector, or > > > (d) has the prior written approval of the Authority to do so. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
