#### 75 Consignment of gaming machines for development and testing before approval 75 Consignment of gaming machines for development and testing before approval > A dealer who consigns a gaming machine to a person for the provision of services in relation to its (or its components’) development and testing before it is submitted to the Authority for approval must, in respect of the gaming machine, make and keep a written record of the following— > > > (a) a description of the gaming machine, > > > (b) the name and address of the person who is to provide the services, > > > (c) the date and time of the delivery of the gaming machine from the dealer to the person, > > > (d) the nature of the work to be undertaken in relation to the gaming machine, > > > (e) the premises where the work is to be performed, > > > (f) the date and time of the return of the gaming machine from the person to the dealer. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
