#### 73 Notification of cessation of employment of licensee 73 Notification of cessation of employment of licensee > For the purposes of section 123 of the Act, the prescribed notification is a notification in writing containing the following particulars— > > > (a) the name of the employer concerned, > > > (b) if the employer is a registered club— > > > > > (i) its registration number, and > > > > > (ii) the name of its secretary, > > > (c) the date of termination of the contract and the reason for termination.
